Peak Performance Therapy Center was deemed critical and essential infrastructure by federal and local government agencies and is happy to announce we are continuing to operate during the COVID-19 Pandemic to meet the healthcare needs of our community.  Peak Performance Therapy remains 100% committed to the safety and well-being of our patients and staff, as well as helping to stop the spread of the virus.  Pursuant to recent Washington State regulations and CDC recommendations, Peak Performance is requiring the following for staff and patients:

  • Mask wearing at all times while in the building
  • Temperature checks upon entering the building
  • Symptom screening at check in
  • Domestic/International travel screening at check-in  
  • 2 week quarantine required after travel to counties that the CDC has determined to be “high risk”

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM to 5:30PM

Peak Performance Therapy Center is a unique, specialized, state of the art facility located in Sequim, Washington.  We offer one-on-one care from licensed Occupational and Physical Therapists specializing in treatment of musculoskeletal injuries to the upper and lower extremities.  Utilizing the latest in rehabilitation equipment and therapy techniques, Peak Performance Therapy Center focuses on “helping you reach your Peak Performance!”
